In the first session, we will discuss your current problems and complaints and devise a plan of treatment. We would decide to work in one of the following ways:
- Short-term, problem-oriented or symptom-oriented psychotherapy, usually requiring 10 to 12 weekly sessions.
- Long-term therapy, requiring a commitment of 6 to 12 months or longer, in order to address a wider range of more long-standing problems, with increasing insight and understanding of oneself.
I have a holistic approach, and we can explore the benefits of exercise, meditation, diet, and nutritional supplements.
